So you want to learn more about Whole30? You’re in the right place.

What is Whole30?

First thing is Whole30 is NOT a diet. It is a 30 day food reset designed to help you find any food sensitives, change your relationship with food, and boost your metabolism.

What are the rules?

Whole30 is an elimination diet. We remove foods that may cause inflammation or may be a common food sensitivity.

Absolutely NONE of the following- gluten, grains, soy, dairy, alcohol, beans, legumes, peanuts, sugar, added sweeteners, MSG, carageenan or sulfites.

Why should I use a Whole30 Certified Coach?

Whole30 coaches are the most knowledgeable people (besides Whole30 staff.) on the program. I personally have now been through the program 8 times and have learned something new every time. My hope is that I can share my abundance of Whole30 knowledge with you so you can have the most successful Whole30 possible.

How do I go about hiring you as my coach?
