Meal Prep

It has been far too long since I’ve had a blog post! WAY too long. Tonight I jumped on to change a couple things but then I thought, “Why not tell them about some of the fun stuff I’m going to be starting?!” So here goes.

Starting in a week, I’m taking the plunge and I’m going to start meal prepping and cooking for a small group of ladies I work with. I’m really excited to see how it goes! I want to help people feel better, eat good, whole food instead of junk AND help with convenient. I’m going to start of with a mix of paleo and Whole30 compliant meals. Then change thing up as I go. I have A LOT of ideas for this and to see where it will go, but for now I’m starting off small and I guess I’ll figure out things as I go.

As things progress I will probably make a separate link on my page for the meals specifically. If you live in the Yakima WA area and would be interested in something like this, please let me know. 🙂 If you are one of the ladies at my work, stay tuned and I will start posting more info including pricing, menus and more as I go! First week of meals will start NEXT Monday. Exactly one week from today.
