Amanda Ward

Let me introduce myself. I’m Amanda! I am a mom of 2 who was addicted to sugar/food and found Whole30 and completely changed my relationship with food and life. Here at Amanda’s Whole Kitchen, I like to share my journey to living a healthier life, Whole30 Coaching and inspiration, Whole30/Paleo Recipes, Cooking tips and tricks, and pretty much anything that has to do with whole food and fitness. I am a Whole30 Certified Coach and offer online coaching to people across the country! I can help you in a group setting or one on one coaching. Whatever you’re looking for! Let me know how I can help! FaceTime shopping trips, in person meet ups (if you are local to Yakima, WA), FB Group, and all of the information I can share!

I look forward to helping you in the future!

“Amanda’s genuine transparency about her own experiences inspired me to try Whole30. She is always ready and willing to help me with any questions I have. I love getting to celebrate my victories with her because I know she has walked through all of them. She consistently offers enthusiasm and support as my relationship with food continues to improve. I am beyond grateful for the inspiration, resources, and encouragement that Amanda has brought to my personal health journey.”- Laura Keim

“When I first started looking into Whole30 coaches, I wanted to find someone that was in the same state as me, as I knew they would know the local stores in the area and be able to give shopping advice. I found Amanda on the Whole30 website and found out she was from Washington as well. I remember connecting with Amanda and right from the beginning she was a huge help. Another great thing about working with Amanda is that her pricing was reasonable. I’m a young adult who wanted to get on a Whole30 journey but didn’t know how to afford it. Amanda’s pricing was in my budget and she was also from Washington, it was a win win for me. Using a coach was something new for me. I didn’t want to be that person that texted and emailed all the questions because I felt bad but Amanda was always willing to help and reach out to me. I was even getting label reading down and she would congratulated me on the success. There were times during my Whole30 that I didn’t feel like I was succeeding at all but after sending her photos of my from a year ago to now she even encouraged me that it was working. I have appreciated the friendship I have made with her and the encouragement she gives. I look forward to my health journey and doing many more Whole30’s with her. ❣️”
Thank You!!
